A new study, utilizing research data from Veteran Affairs showed that veterans utilizing testosterone replacement therapy had less chance of suffering from heart attack, stroke, or death compared than veterans who were not on testosterone treatment. The study examined over 83,000 veterans who were diagnosed with low testosterone by the Veterans Affair Medical Center over a 15 year period from 1999 to 2014.
One of the key aspects to healthier outcomes was testosterone therapy that returned the veteran to normal testosterone levels v. higher and supra-physiological levels of testosterone supplementation

Patient Question: With so many different workouts, how do I pick the right one for me?
Answer: The workout for you is whatever workout you’ll do — even if it’s not the most effective. That because if you enjoy doing it then you’re more likely to stick with it, and that’s the most important ingredient for losing weight and improving your fitness, says BJ Gaddour, C.S.C.S., CEO of Men’s Health StreamFit.

World Health and the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine have stated that after examining the research completed by the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston examining Medicare claims of 25,420 beneficiaries treated with testosterone therapy for up to eight years that, “testosterone therapy did not associate with an increased risk of heart attack”. The group also states that the study further showed that testosterone users with a higher probability of cardiovascular problems had a lower rate of heart attacks in comparison to equivalent patients who did not receive testosterone therapy.
This is very exciting news to see an additional study show that testosterone therapy, under the proper guidance of a physician, lessens ones risk for heart attack according to this study. Go through our other blogs to find further analysis and studies and read for yourself on how testosterone therapy decreases the risk for heart attacks, strokes, prostate cancer and death.
